Facelift
The facelift is designed to smooth the skin of the face and neck, tighten underlying tissue and remove and reposition excessive fat. Incisions are placed in such a manner as to be camouflaged about the ear and within the hair. Typically, a minimal incision approach is used and little or no hair is removed.
Following the surgery, which takes a few hours, a pressure dressing is worn for one day. The amount of swelling and bruising varies, but most patients are back to work within 2 weeks which is about the same time all sutures are removed.
The result of facelift surgery will leave you looking younger and fresher, by restoring smoother and more pleasing contours to your face and neck.
