Facial implants are made of silastic and have been personally been utilized by Dr. Dmytryshyn for 25 years. The implants are very safe and well tolerated by patients. Because of this safety record, these implants are used throughout the body by other surgical specialists.

The chin enlargement may be done with liposuction of the neck, or a facelift. Whereas, cheek enlargement may be done with facelift or forehead lift surgery.

How it Works

Chin implants are placed through small incisions under the chin, and cheek implants are placed through small incisions under the upper lip. The implants are placed within precise pockets, to prevent them from moving, and are also sutured in their new position. Most bruising and swelling is gone within a week, and discomfort is usually minimal.

The goal of chin/cheek implants are to create facial harmony and balance, providing the patient with greater physical beauty.
